Sun (2001). They both received the most extraordinary critical applause, some of which was especially reserved for Starkie's own performances.
Gerard now performs and records as both a solo artist and with Hazel Winter as The Jesus Bolt.

Ooh, this album is great! Great big catchy punk rock guitar riffs, darkly humorous quirky songs, keyboards in all the right places coupled with Hazel and Gerard’s very different but complimentary songwriting and vocal skills. I’d like to think I can tell which one of the duo wrote which song but I could be wrong. No particular favourite as it’s such a strong set of songs that as I’m listening I keep saying “Oh, I like this one”. Shout out to John Langley on drums. He must be at least 108 by now
